PAE organizes special programs for the Central New York arts-in-education community, as well as the community at large. These have included: 

   • the Hyphenated Artist Series of public presentations, seminars, and workshops by a variety of community-focused writers and artists from the performing and visual arts

   • a visit by Ted Kooser, Poet Laureate of the United States 

   • a performance by performing and teaching artist Marc Bamuthi Joseph
