Graders & John Tomasello/Theaterworks |
| 80
2nd graders investigate the link
between literature and live theater.
They use a performance of Judy
Blume’s Superfudge and
an actor residency to make connections
between the written word and dramatic
expression. By creating their
own ‘endings’ to a play and performing
them they know that reading and
writing can evolve through acting
and performing.
