Margaret Salvante has been designing programs to promote school reform through theatre since 1996.  In 2003 she journeyed into the education establishment as the primary architect of three theatre-based high schools, as a student of the NYC Leadership Academy, and as the founding principal of Manhattan Theatre Lab.  Through this work, Margaret discovered the systemic obstacles facing school reform and has forged new pathways for providing arts-based learning.
