How can collaborative Action Research
help to define the objectives of
an interdisciplinary arts project
and guide its implementation?
Presenters will share their experiences
with Action Research (A/R) and guide
participants to explore the following
questions: What is A/R? Why
incorporate it into an arts-in-education
program? How can we generate
a research question? How can
the question help shape or refine
program goals/objectives? What
impact could this have on program
implementation?
Friday 11:00-12:30
Conference Strand:
Curriculum/Assessment
Organizational Administrators:
can use the question to help shape
goals and objectives.
Educational Administrators:
will understand how the question
can guide project implementation
through a reflective cycle.
