Sponsorship Opportunities

We hope, of course, that all our friends and colleagues will attend CommonGround. But whether or not you’ll actually be there, you have the following opportunities to make your presence felt at the conference: 

Donate to the CommonGround Scholarship Fund
The CG Scholarship Fund strengthens the arts-in-education community by providing financial assistance for attendance at the CommonGround Conference. Currently, the NYS Council on the Arts through Partners for Arts Education Technical Assistance Program, with support from the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust, supports over 35 conference scholarships to artists, educators, cultural organization staff, and AIE community throughout NYS.  The goal of the PAE CG Scholarship Fund is to supplement the existing TAP funds through donations from the field.

Reserve a display table
Display tables with power and wireless internet access are available in the conference-level lobby – right in the heart of the conference activities.  This is a great place for you to connect with your constituency and show the NYS arts-in-ed community what you have to offer.  A limited number of tables are available for the entire three-day conference.  All table-setters will be given recognition in the printed conference program and listing as a contributor for one year on our webpage.

Advertise in the conference program
The conference program is every conference-goer’s constant companion throughout the conference, and a valuable reference afterwards.  Your ad will keep your program or service in the mix, while also supporting the first-class professional development that CommonGround provides to the field.  You’ll also be listed as a contributor for one year on our webpage. Email ad copy/art to us no later than March 12th.
