Poetry Partnership Showcase

Students who participated in poetry partnerships in seven CNY schools will showcase their work on Thursday, June 15, 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the Syracuse Federal Credit Union Center for the Arts, 728 East Genesee Street.

Students from seven schools (Huntington and Shea MS in Syracuse, Fitzhugh Park ES and Kingsford Park ES in Oswego, East Ave. MS in Auburn, Jamesville-Dewitt MS and Indian River HS) worked with a poet-in-residence as part of the “Community Life in Poetry” project. Students and poets will be on hand to share what they’ve learned and read their work.
