Now for AIE Partnership Seminar Series
After much planning and coordination, PAE is now taking registrations for the
upcoming Arts-in-Education
Partnership Seminar Series 2005.
How can you take advantage of these seminars?
Ø
Attend the symposia on March 4th
with Christine Goodheart
and June 2nd with Lily Yeh, both held at the
Marx Hotel;
Ø
Reserve a table of 8 for
your staff, board members, colleagues,
and friends for the keynote luncheons
and be listed as a sponsor;
Ø
Purchase an advertisement
in the Series Program to share the
news of your good work and support
this excellent AIE initiative;
Ø
Enroll for any or all of
the Saturday seminars at OCC;
Ø
Encourage colleagues to attend
the events as a vital professional
development opportunity;
Ø
Offer the incentive to key
staff in your organization of either
sponsoring them or sharing the tuition
to attend the seminars; and
Ø
Spread the word in community
that this series is available to anyone
interested in partnerships using the
arts and education locally.
There will be a showcase of those who complete the
full series at the June event and
certificates of participation will
be given as well. All fees have
been reasonably priced with your budgets
in mind.
The full descriptions of the keynote
speakers, the seminars, the facilitators,
registration forms, and program order
forms are all just a click away on
PAE's web site: http://www.arts4ed.org/training_opportunities/pships_spr05_index.shtml.
Choose your level of involvement,
download and print the form, and mail
it to the PAE office with your registration
fee. The program ad deadline is 2/21/05; registration deadlines for the series vary and are
outlined on www.arts4ed.org.

We're
Growing!
PAE has expanded! We've added a second office right next door
to Studio 221 at the Delavan
Center,
giving us extra office space and room
for meetings.
We also have a new phone system
that will make communicating with
you easier. Thanks to Assemblyman Bill Magnarelli for his
assistance with our technical upgrades.
Along with our expansion
comes the need for equipment.
We are firm believers in re-using
and recycling; items that are no longer
useful to their current owners are
often valuable to someone else. If
you or your company would be interested
in making a tax-deductible contribution,
we would be grateful for the following
donations:
